Justin: Welcome to MPA’s Tech Table. I’m Justin.

Diana: And I’m Diana.

Justin: And we’re your hosts. We’ll be serving up a heaping spoonful of all things tech.

Diana: We promise it’ll be easy to digest. It’s Friday!

Justin: It’s our favorite day here at the Tech Table. It is Friday which we get to do Friday Faves.

Diana: Yes.

Justin: Absolutely. Which there are some favorite things that our team at the office at MPA has brought to our attention. I think one of the first things is this nifty gadget that Donny at our front desk, he is always losing his keys and so he found the stick n find.

Diana: Yes.

Justin: Yeah, tell us about the stick n find.

Diana: Well, it’s a sticker and it uses Bluetooth technology basically what it does is you can stick it to anything, what that be wallets, keys, he even lists kids and cats, and we’ll get back to that but absolutely anything. You search for it with your smartphone device or your computer, it uses that Bluetooth technology to find the item that you’ve stuck your stick n find to.

Justin: Yeah, that’s interesting. So, you really could put it on your cat, on their collar, not on their head. But you could put it on a dog’s collar.

Diana: Right, or on your children’s clothing, when you’re at the park or something, or at the zoo.

Justin: Right.

Diana: Just in case they happen to run off you can find them.

Justin: And it will alert you if they get out of range, right?

Diana: Exactly.

Justin: You are in a certain, I don’t know if you can set that, but in a certain range.

Diana: Right.

Justin: When you get out of that range, it will alert you. So that’s called the stick n find and it’s not very expensive, but it’s a pretty cool thing if you have blue tooth capability and a smartphone, you should try that out. So that’s Donny’s recommendation. Diana, you had something that’s not exactly tech related, it’s more classic.

Diana: Yeah, well, I like to read.

Justin: I know, you love to read.

Diana: Yes.

Justin: Your favorite reading material right now is Pride and Prejudice. Classic literature.

Diana: That’s right, I am reading Pride and Prejudice.

Justin: Classic literature. Which is always good to go back and revisit some of those classics. So you’ve got Pride and Prejudice, and then you also list one of your favorites as Lucky Magazine.

Diana: Yeah, Lucky Magazine is one of my favorites, it’s really good, like it’s basically a magazine about shopping.

Justin: Which you love!

Diana: So it covers everything from style, beauty, but also home decor.

Justin: Which you love.

Diana: Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Justin: I’m just kidding.

Diana: But yeah, it’s a great magazine, it’s kind of nice light reading and you can.

Justin: And there’s something about stickers or something with Lucky Magazine, like you can stick?

Diana: Oh yeah, often times they have stickers that say, and sometimes they’e advertisements form anotehr company, but they have a love it, like it, need it, must have, then you take the sticker right out of the magazine and put it on whatever page that you find something that you like.

Justin: Yeah. I think that’s a fun idea.

Diana: It’s fun.

Justin: So Lucky Magazine, you can pick that up and I’m sure there’s an online version of Lucky Magazine as well.

Diana: Oh yeah, and they have giveaways and all sorts of cool things.

Justin: Very cool, very cool. And then there was something else you really wanted to get to today. What was that?

Diana: Oh, I stumbled upon this really neat, I guess it’s like a blog or a page on Buzzfeed.com, and it’s called 18 everyday products you’ve been using wrong. I was fascinated by some of these 18 things. 18 tips they talked about. Particularly tic-tacs, I don’t know if you know how to correctly dispense a tic-tac?

Justin: Well I know how I used a tic-tac, I just dump them into my mouth from the box.

Diana: From the box.

Justin: It’s interesting, so there’s a right and a wrong way to use the tic-tac dispenser.

Diana: That’s right, you should also check out the aluminum foil.

Justin: Cool. And so that’s 18 everyday products you have been using wrong, and that was on Buzzfeed.com.

Diana: Yes.

Justin: So those are out Friday Favorites. Have a great weekend, and until next time.

Diana: Take care.

Justin: Tech Table is brought to you by MPA of Bloomfield, Iowa and God’s Country Radio. You can visit us online at askmpa.com.

Diana: If you have questions or comments, please send them to questions@askmpa.com. That’s questions@askmpa.com.

Justin: And thanks for listening.
