Justin: Welcome to MPA’s Tech Table. I’m Justin.

Diana: And I’m Diana.

Justin: And we’re your hosts. We’ll be serving up a heaping spoonful of all things tech.

Diana: We promise it’ll be easy to digest. Hello.

Justin: It’s Friday.

Diana: Mm-hm. My favorite day of the week. Everybody knows that.

Justin: It’s true. Everyone knows it.

Diana: But I’ll say it again. It’s my favorite day of the week.

Justin: It’s your favorite day of the week. Wow. Okay, you’ve got a lot of energy today.

Diana: I do. I’m peppy.

Justin: Yeah, and that’s really because it’s your favorite day of the week because it feels like things are coming to a close and then you don’t realize how exhausting the weekend is going to be. Our weekends are so often exhausting. So really Friday is the most glorious day of the week really for us. It really has a nice relaxing home stretch sort of feel.

Diana: Yes.

Justin: And Sunday morning I would say as well.

Diana: Yeah, I like Sunday morning.

Justin: Anyway, Friday, what do we talk about?

Diana: Okay, so we’ve been doing this mini series.

Justin: #FF if you’re on Twitter for Friday Faves. Right?

Diana: Yes.

Justin: If you’re on Twitter people hashtag that on Fridays and I get all the time mentioned as a Friday Fave by people. They just want attention I think but yeah, they’re always hashtagging me. It’s great because it’s actually a good marketing tool, the Friday Faves on Twitter. But here you’re just going about letting people know about our wonderful team at our office.

Diana: Yes. Yes. We like to share our favorite things because we think… Well, we get inspired by other people’s favorite things.

Justin: Absolutely.

Diana: So we just try to share ours too.

Justin: Yes. So you went around the office, as usual, distracting our team and asking them questions that really makes no sense but they enjoy answering them and taking up valuable work time. That’s fine.

Diana: Wow, you’re really selling this one.

Justin: I’m just teasing you. So, you asked Donnie at the front desk, if you had to choose east coast or west coast, Donnie says west. That doesn’t surprise me.

Diana: He spends some time in California sometimes.

Justin: Yeah, he does. He has family there I think. And then you said silver or gold and he says…

Diana: Silver.

Justin: Silver. Makes sense too again. Water skiing or downhill slopes? Donnie says water skiing although I’m really bad at it.

Diana: That would be fun to watch Donnie ski.

Justin: Yeah, that would be quite amusing probably. All right, now John in tech.

Diana: Okay, if you remember John last week…

Justin: Yes.

Diana: He literally could not choose anything. Do you remember his responses?

Justin: Did you make him choose?

Diana: No. These evidently were just more…

Justin: Obvious for him?

Diana: Yeah.

Justin: Maybe he was in a different mood.

Diana: Could be.

Justin: All right. If he had to choose east coast or west coast he says Cali, west coast, which I knew because John, he spent some time in the military and he spent some time in California and just really loved California. So he’s always talking about California and when we open a California office he’ll be there.

Diana: Yes.

Justin: Yes. Which in my mind, that means when we open an office in Nova Scotia, he’ll be there because he’ll get more work done that if he was in Cali.

Diana: True.

Justin: There you go. Now, silver or gold? John says silver.

Diana: Yes, he likes silver as well. Then when asked about water skiing or downhill slopes he says skiing because he absolutely loves water.

Justin: Absolutely. Now Jodie over in design, Jodie is a shifty one. You’ve got to watch her over there.

Diana: You never know what she’s going to say.

Justin: You never know. So, east coast or west? Jodie says east coast.

Diana: Ah, yes.

Justin: That’s a first on there. Silver or gold? Silver again, which I think is a younger thing.

Diana: Must be.

Justin: A lot of people like silver that are younger. Then water skiing or downhill slopes?

Diana: She says water skiing.

Justin: Right. So what about you, Diana? East coast, west coast?

Diana: East.

Justin: Silver or gold?

Diana: Gold.

Justin: Yeah, you like gold because it goes with your skin.

Diana: Yeah.

Justin: I know this. I’m a good husband. And then water skiing or downhill slopes?

Diana: I haven’t done either but I think I would go with water skiing.

Justin: Yes, excellent. So, that wraps up Friday Favorites. Make sure you use that hashtag on Twitter.

Diana: #FF.

Justin: That’s right and have a great weekend. Until next time…

Diana: Take care.

Justin: Tech Table is brought to you by MPA of Bloomfield, Iowa, and God’s Country Radio. You can visit us online at askmpa.com.
