How to say my name!!

This week’s question: June asks, “Moire, how the heck do we pronounce your name?”
Moire’s answer: Thanks for your question, June. (What a lovely name you have, by the way.) I do get asked regularly the correct pronunciation of my name. It is, sadly, not an easy name to say at first but it does roll off the tongue with some simple coaching. The easiest way to think of MOIRE is “MORE” and “EH?”. While this doesn’t capture the subtleties of the correct French diction, it gets the point across and works for general purposes! You can also try “mohr-ey”.
I hope this information is of assistance to you! I really don’t mind if you just call me ‘kitty’ or ‘handsome boy’. Both of those are purrrrfectly acceptable as well. One thing, however, don’t EVER call me “Murray”. Mr. Ball, our head of Creative here at MPA, calls me that and I will tell you if he ever finds out what I do with his coffee cup he’d stop right away!
