A message from our Founder/CEO

March 29, 2016

Hello friends!

It’s been a while since we last posted. That’s about to change, much like things have been changing around here!

So what’s been going on at MPA?

We’ve been strengthening our focus. As you may already be aware, MPA has been working toward narrowing our focus to Business IT and Application Development, thus eliminating a large portion of our web projects, print design, and residential computer repair client bases so that we can grow in these other areas.

Office Manager Michael Kaleponi expands upon our new focus areas. “Our Managed IT service is, in a word, Amazing. We combat the inefficiency of the ‘break/fix’ service plans that mar the IT service world and our goal is always to create long lasting partnerships with the clients we serve. Additionally, our application Tymeshift is a time tracking tool that was first derived out of necessity, but has been augmented into an internationally utilized workforce management tool that is a must-have for any organization desiring to increase efficiency.”

We’re making important changes. Moving forward, we will be creating content to share and be shared – including blogs, case studies and articles on timely, relevant topics and projects. We will send out a monthly newsletter, highlighting some of our best new content. And social media will be one of our favorite places to “hang”, providing a place for us to share ideas and discuss important current trends and topics.

So now you might be thinking…

What does this mean for me?
CFO/Creative Director Justin Hill sums it up. “It has always been MPA’s philosophy to make a positive difference for the clients we serve. In order to do this best, it is imperative that we focus on target markets and products which serve those markets. By providing Managed IT and application development for business (such as our Tymeshift product) we have the ability to make a positive difference in the lives of very large companies, their teams (sometimes numbering in the thousands) and then the tens and hundreds of thousands of customers they, in turn, serve. We are now just starting to make the real positive impact throughout the world that we have always believed in.”

While we have shifted our focus from some of our previously offered services, we continue to provide first-class, high-level service to our clients. Our team would be happy to provide your company with a service agreement quote for IT or website needs. We can also recommend a trusted local partner for future web & creative work.

In short – we won’t leave you hangin’

Thank you for your time, we truly appreciate it. Please do not hesitate to shoot us an email if you have any questions at all!

Sincerely,
David Birchmier, Founder/CEO
